We tend to run several “sense-making workshops and interviews” with different people in the org (not just technical people), and with that start discovering and defining the essential challenges to explore further and focus on.

We can help you assess and understand opportunities and challenges around your modernization and use those to design a bespoke modernization kickstarter workshop. The kickstarter workshop is an immersive experience where people relevant to kickstart the modernization are invited and collaboratively help frame the modernization (”North Star” - based on the company goals and strategic vision) and then defining what are the first concrete steps to start moving while delivering value.
